Rockland Ford
After the successful completion of Yankee & Tucker Ford we worked again with the same team of builders to create a brand-new dealership designed to completely replace an existing facility in northern Maine. This time we had a free hand in working through all the intricacies of this complex building type from scratch on a new site within the same town. The dealership itself, although slightly smaller in size, had all of the same contemporary detailing and customer conveniences as Yankee Ford, but without the scheduling conflicts that were a by-product of trying to keep the business operating through the renovation process. These 3 projects together won ALPHAarchitects accolades in both communities and with the ownership group and provided every customer with a state of the art car buying and repair experience.
