Marble Point Cottage

Webb Lake, Weld, Maine (2000)

This Summer Cottage is located adjacent to Webb Lake. It has 1,300 SF which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, vaulted living room, and an open kitchen/living/dining room. The open design of the kitchen, living room, and dining room allows continuity of the spaces and circulation, while keeping the intimacy of the place due to the scale. This project was economically efficient with a buildout cost of less than $50/SF.

BEH Housing

Portland, Maine (2008)

This housing was re-furbished for use by medical students during their time as residents at Maine Medical Center.
